Policy agreements

Manage company policy documents within Payloader.

Policy documents will be stored in your online database and presented to drivers upon login to the Payloader app. Drivers will not be able to accept a new task until the policy documents have been reviewed and accepted.

Choose the cog icon cog at the bottom of the left hand menu to access the settings register. Scroll to bottom of the list of options and click Policy agreements to display the Policy agreements.

On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon Menu in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.

Add new policy agreement

Enter the name of the policy in the field provider then click Select file to open the file browser.

Browse to and select the policy file (a pdf document or an image file) and click Open.

Click the ADD button to save the new entry.

New policy documents will default to 'Unaccepted', and will need to be accepted by drivers before starting allocated tasks.

View policy documents

Click the menu icon dots-v at the end of the corresponding policy document line and select View to open the Policy document.

Edit policy documents

Click the menu icon dots-v at the end of the corresponding policy document line and select Edit to open the Policy edit dialog.

Modify the policy document as necessary :-

  • Name
  • Select file

Edited policy documents will reset to 'Unaccepted', and will need to be accepted by drivers before starting allocated tasks.

Delete policy documents

Click the menu icon dots-v at the end of the corresponding policy document line and select Delete to open the delete dialog. You will be asked to confirm your request.
