Add Item

Before adding a transaction you will need to create at least one item.

Most users will only need to create item groups, for example: Standard freight, Dangerous goods or Chilled products, and record cartons, tonnage or quantities delivered. However if required, Payloader can track down to the individual item level for your organisation.

Choose the Master files menu option from the left hand menu, then click Items to access the item register.

💡 The Items menu option may have been renamed in your version of Payloader, for example it could be called: Item types or Spoils.

On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon Menu in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.

Click the large plus icon âž• on the right hand side of the item register to display the Add item dialog.

Adding a new item​

Enter the item details:-

  • Name
  • Select a category for the item: SPL = Standard item, TOL = Toll charge, INT = Internal use
