Allocation calendar

Choose the Allocations menu option from the left hand menu.

💡 The Allocations menu option may have been renamed in your version of Payloader, for example it could be called: Runsheets or Scheduling.

On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon Menu in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.

Click the dots-h icon on the upper right of the screen to display the allocation menu.

Select Calendar to display the allocation calendar view.

Allocation filters​

Use allocation filters to filter calendar entries.

Move allocation​

Select WEEK from the select box in the top right of the calendar to view the calendar by week.

Simply left click and drag the entry to a new day, the allocation will be updated with the new date and the driver will be notified of the date change via the drivers app.

Note: closed allocations will not be moved.

Add new allocation​

Select WEEK from the select box in the top right of the calendar to view the calendar by week.

Right click on a day to create an allocation for that date.

Return to allocation view​

Click the dots-h icon on the upper right of the screen to display the allocation menu.

Select Calendar to return to allocation view.
