Allocation staging area

Choose the Allocations menu option from the left hand menu.

💡 The Allocations menu option may have been renamed in your version of Payloader, for example it could be called: Runsheets or Scheduling.

On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.

Click the STAGING button on the upper right of the screen to display the allocation staging area.

Add staged allocation

From the staging area.

Click the large plus icon ➕ on the right hand side of the allocation register to display the Add allocation dialog, .

Alternatively, when adding an un-staged allocation, toggle the Staged switch to on.

Un-stage allocations

Edit the allocation and toggle the Staged switch to off and save the allocation.

Un-stage multiple allocations

Select the allocations to un-stage using the check-box to the left of each staged allocation line.

Click Select action from the select-box and select Unstage selected then click the CONFIRM button.

Click the SUBMIT button to un-stage the allocation lines. Drivers will be notified of any unstaged allocations.
