Add Compliance
Use the compliance register to view, add and edit compliance documents.
Choose the Compliance
menu option from the left hand menu to access the compliance register.
On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.
Click the large plus icon ➕ on the right hand side of the compliance register to display the Add compliance dialog.
Adding a compliance document
Enter the compliance details:-
- Masterfile: Select Sub-contractor, Vehicle or Driver
- Resource type: Eg Public liability insurance, drivers license, pink slip, statement of attainment etc
- Subject: Select the sub-contractor, vehicle or driver
- Select file: Click to select an image or pdf file for upload
- Date: Enter expiry date for the document (this will be used in allocation if 'Stop on compliance' is active)
- Notes
Click the ADD
button to save and upload the document.
