Destinations
View, add and edit destinations.
Before adding a transaction you will need to create at least one destination.
Choose the Master files
menu option from the left hand menu, then click Destinations
to access the Destination register.
On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.
Sort / filter destinations
Sort by: Destinations can be sorted by ID, Run, Name or Updated date.
Filter by: Payloader will search a range of key data fields (eg ID, name, notes etc)
Call / Email
Click the telephone ☎️ icon in the lower left of the destination card to initiate a phone call.
Click the email ✉️ icon in the lower left of the destination card to send an email.

Editing a destination
Click the pencil ✏️ icon in the top right corner of the destination card to display the Edit destination dialog.
Modify the destination details as necessary :-
- Name
- Site ID
- ABN
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- External accounting system ID (must match exactly with Xero or Quickbooks ID)
- Address details
- Run number: Used to populate schedules and allocations
- Details / notes
- Geo-fence radius: Used for automated timesheets
- Enabled customer delivery notifications
- Allowed Items: Limit items allowed to be delivered to this location
- Adjust Geo-location: Used to fine-tune the GPS co-ordinates for this location
Click EDIT
to save your changes.
Edit password (if applicable)
To edit the password, click on the pad lock icon in the upper right of the driver's card to open the Edit password dialog.
Enter the new password and password confirmation and click CHANGE PASSWORD
Delete a destination
Click on the trash can icon in the lower right of the destination card to open the Delete dialog.
You will be asked to confirm your choice.
