Projects

View, add and edit projects.

Before adding a transaction you will need to create at least one project.

Choose the Master files menu option from the left hand menu, then click Projects to access the Project register.

On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon Menu in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.

Sort / filter projects

Sort by: Projects can be sorted by ID, Name and Updated date.

Filter by: Payloader will search a range of key data fields (eg ID, name, notes etc)

Show inactive: Toggle to include inactive records

Editing a project

Click the pencil ✏️ icon in the top right corner of the project card to display the Edit project dialog.

Modify the project details as necessary :-

  • Name
  • ABN
  • Email address
  • Contact phone number
  • Address details
  • External accounting system ID (must match exactly with Xero or Quickbooks ID)
  • Allocation matching key ^: Automatically match dockets to allocations based on Project or Site
  • Bill by *: Bill project through Approved billing or Direct billing
  • Allowed destinations *: Limit destinations available for delivery on this project.
  • Contractor induction *: Limit contractors available for allocation to this project.
  • Driver induction *: Limit drivers available for allocation to this project.
  • Vehicle induction *: Limit vehicles available for allocation to this project.
  • Active / Inactive

Click EDIT to save your changes.

^ Applies to unallocated or manual dockets
* Must be enabled in global settings

Delete a project

Click on the trash can icon Delete in the lower right of the project card to open the Delete dialog.

You will be asked to confirm your choice.

View Sources

Click the menu icon dots-v in the top right corner of the project card, select View Sources
