Sources
View, add and edit sources.
Before adding a transaction you will need to create at least one source.
Choose the Master files
menu option from the left hand menu, then click Sources
to access the Source register.
On mobile, first click the hamburger menu icon in the top left of your screen then follow the instructions above.
Sort / filter sources
Select project: Choose a project to filter by project
Sort by: Sources can be sorted by ID, Name or Updated date.
Filter by: Payloader will search a range of key data fields (eg ID, name, notes etc)
Show inactive: Toggle to include inactive records

Editing a source
Click the pencil ✏️ icon in the top right corner of the source card to display the Edit source dialog.
Modify the source details as necessary :-
- Name
- Project: The source must be linked to an active project
- ABN
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- External accounting system ID (must match exactly with Xero or Quickbooks ID)
- Address details
- Details / notes
- Geo-fence radius: Used for automated timesheets
Click EDIT
to save your changes.
Delete a source
Click on the trash can icon in the lower right of the source card to open the Delete dialog.
You will be asked to confirm your choice.
